We are looking for a dedicated Agricultural Sales Support Manager to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the active operational planning of nutri bio deliveries and spreading services, working closely with the Scheduling & Control team and Product Advisors to ensure that overall net costs remain within agreed annual budgets.

What you'll be doing?

- Actively plan and manage nutri bio deliveries and spreading services, ensuring cost efficiency and budget compliance.

- Oversee daily planning and management of land recycling outlets, managing a shared budget of approximately £7.5 million, which includes biosolids sales revenue, haulage costs, miscellaneous delivery costs, and soil sampling.

- Lead and manage external marketing campaigns to generate future business interest, boost biosolids sales revenue, and reduce net costs.

- Support the Sales team by handling web and telephone queries, enhancing communications, and driving initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

- Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Sales and Marketing team, Circular Economy team, WROL Operational & Scheduling teams, Water Recycling, and Water Services teams.

- Serve as the delegate for the Sales & Marketing Manager, assuming full operational and budgetary responsibility during periods of absence.

What does it take to be successful?

- Educated to degree level or relevant working experience

- IT competent - (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)

- Experience of SAP is desirable

- FACTS Qualified (training will be provided)

- BASIS Qualified is desirable

- Relevant Agricultural or Agronomy Experience

- Agricultural sales experience

- Ability to work accurately to a deadline

- Communication skills - oral and written

- Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels (internally and externally)

- Time management /organisational skills
