- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
- Promote and sell a core product range, including new lines and promotional offers.
- Conduct product sampling and activation activities to increase brand awareness.
- Manage and monitor stock placement, ensuring agreed planograms are implemented.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights using the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior sales managers and internal telesales teams to optimise growth.
- Plan and optimise regional sales trips effectively.
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in field sales.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A results-driven approach with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) – essential.
- A full, clean driving licence is preferred.
