- Managing all marketing channels, including social media, websites, property listings, and email campaigns.
- Developing and executing creative marketing strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborating with teams across the business to deliver targeted campaigns.
- Presenting marketing plans and performance insights to senior management.
- Ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with the unique needs of different locations.
- A proven track record in B2B and/or B2C marketing or experience as a Marketing Manager.
- A creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with websites, digital platforms, and CRM/CMS systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and improve marketing performance.
