Are you ready to work for one of the largest manufacturers of liquid waste vacuum tankers and jetting equipment in Europe?

We are looking for someone who can manage the day-to-day service and local parts sales operation with full profit and loss accountability. You will be able to deliver an exceptional service experience to our customers whilst focusing on the development of all of your team members whilst driving a positive safety culture throughout your team.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a supportive approach to all staff by creating and maintaining a working environment focussed on employee engagement

  • Motivate employees to achieve business KPI’s and goals by setting appropriate objectives

  • Lead and manage the service operation to achieve the designed sales, gross & net profit

  • Produce and manage budget for current and following financial trading periods

  • Carrying out documented quality performance reviews, provide feedback and agree improvement tasks and initiatives

  • Deliver structured employee development to ensure that competence is achieved and maintained

  • Create individual documented employee development pathways

  • Manage parts flow and supply chain relationships ensuring maximum efficiency

  • Ensure all company and declared customer SHEQ standards are meet whilst liaising with internal and external departments where required, to ensure all required activities and subsequent documentation is completed and compliant

  • Ensure the team are fully audit compliant in line with all accreditations and internal requirements by ensuring non-conformities are completed within defined timescales

We are looking for someone who is able to;

  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to grow service opportunity

  • Actively work with sales team to secure new profitable business

  • Keep up to date with market trends and employee expectations to ensure the company remains a service provider and employer of choice

And has:

  • Previous Service//Depot/Regional Management experience is required

  • Evidenced history of leading and growing a successful business unit

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
