Day-to-day duties:
  • Adhere to company processes and procedures from enquiry to handover.
  • Maximise profit per unit, including chassis, finance and insurance (F&I) profit, and accessory profit.
  • Set up customer finance and insurance products.
  • Deliver on sales targets and KPIs while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure a first-class customer experience during the sales process.
  • Handle aftersales enquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a superior aftersales experience.
Experience needed:
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • High standards of organisational, administrative, and paperwork skills.
  • Knowledge of FCA compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
Working days:
  • Monday to Sunday with one or two days off during the week on a fortnightly basis.
Additional pay:
  • Bonus scheme.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
Experience:
  • Sales: 1 year (preferred).
Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred).
Ability to Commute:
