This Sales Executive role offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission, working from our modern, vibrant office which is easily commutable within the Cambridgeshire region and includes free parking.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Sell the benefits of our leading conveyancing services to clients referred by our member estate agents, ensuring maximum instruction and conversion rates.
  • Engage in outbound calling to prospective clients to discuss their conveyancing quote using warm leads.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to email queries.
  • Maximise conversion from lead to sale to achieve growth and sales targets.
  • Ensure daily tasks are met and work effectively within a team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience in a sales role.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic and busy environments; this is not a back office role.
  • A positive "can do" attitude, excellent attention to detail, and calm under pressure.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work as part of a team while maintaining professional relationships.
  • Sound judgement and logical decision-making process when dealing with problems.
  • Excellent IT skills.
