This Sales Executive role offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission, working from our modern, vibrant office which is easily commutable within the Cambridgeshire region and includes free parking.
Day-to-day of the role:- Sell the benefits of our leading conveyancing services to clients referred by our member estate agents, ensuring maximum instruction and conversion rates.
- Engage in outbound calling to prospective clients to discuss their conveyancing quote using warm leads.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to email queries.
- Maximise conversion from lead to sale to achieve growth and sales targets.
- Ensure daily tasks are met and work effectively within a team.
- Previous sales experience in a sales role.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and busy environments; this is not a back office role.
- A positive "can do" attitude, excellent attention to detail, and calm under pressure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work as part of a team while maintaining professional relationships.
- Sound judgement and logical decision-making process when dealing with problems.
- Excellent IT skills.
