With over 20 years of experience, they have become the go-to supplier for the fast food and restaurant sector in the local community. Operating out of a large warehouse, they pride themselves on delivering quality products and exceptional service to their diverse range of customers.

The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a motivated and strategic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand their market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers. If you are a results-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food wholesale market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to maximise their potential and performance.

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales management experience in the food wholesale or distribution industry.
