We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a Childcare Practitioner to join the Nursery on a permanent basis. You will join a collaborative and supportive team who encourage new ideas and champions ongoing learning and professional growth.

As a Childcare Practitioner, you will thrive at creating an engaging, fun, and safe environment for the children. You will set up and tidy away planned activities, provide developmental updates to parents and work closely with your key children to ensure the progression of their learning and development.

The successful candidate will have experience within an Early Years setting, hold a Level 2 (or above) childcare qualification, and have experience of promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children.

Requirements

  • Hold a Level 2 or above childcare qualification.
  • Have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
  • Ability to create an engaging and stimulating environment.
  • Ability to form and maintain relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additional completed training courses are desirable.
