Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Building Surveyor to join their Residential and Commercial Property, Building Surveying division to cover Peterborough and the surrounding areas.

You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of Residential and Commercial Property Claims, ranging from £20k up to £1million.

You'll carry out initial visits and assess damage to a high professional standard, help establish and agree the defect diagnosis, then progress ensuing all Planning, Building Regulations Party Wall and CDM issues are addressed and that work is carried out to a high standard.

Ideally you will have either MCIOB or MRICS status, or be willing to study towards either of these to be considered for this opportunity.
