Customer Operations Advisor

Carbon60 are currently looking for a Customer Operations Advisor to join a client of theirs based on the McCains site in Peterborough. This position is a 12 Week temp to perm position.

Pay/Salary: 25,500/annum 13.08/hour
Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/week, 30 mins unpaid break, no overtime
Type of Employment: 12 weeks temporary to permanent


Main duties & responsibilities:

• Receiving, checking and receipting deliveries - using both company and Customer computer systems to log deliveries received
• Storing goods, picking and delivering orders around site
• Interfacing directly with customer at all levels
• Stock checks - weekly/ monthly/ annually as required
• Housekeeping within the stores area
• Completing required documentation
• Utilising multiple IT systems to achieve targeted goals
• Being initial and key point of contact for the customer
• Using Counterbalance FLT to transport and store goods - essential

Essential skills / experience / qualifications:

• Counterbalance FLT duties - Active/Expired license or refresher required all ok or someone with no FLT experience/license but must be willing to undergo training and complete FLT duties on-site as key part of role
• Stores/any warehouse experience not essential but advantageous - stores side can be trained
• Engineering background advantageous but not essential
• Competent computer literacy required - able to competently complete monitoring inbox's, sending professional email correspondence, complete data entry on Excel, all other IT duties can be trained for SAP and ERP system
• Excellent communication skills for customer-facing role
• Excellent organisation key for the position
• Customer focused decision-making approach
