We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Client as a Design Customer Service Executive at a leading company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll be the go-to expert for customers, offering advice and guidance on innovative products.
  • Whether it’s helping them choose the right solution or troubleshooting technical issues, you’ll ensure every customer interaction is a positive one.
  • You’ll use your problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to product application, ensuring our customers get the best results every time.
  •  Your ability to connect with people will help you build strong, lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they keep coming back for more.
  • You’ll keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product innovations, sharing your knowledge with the team and helping our client stay at the forefront of the market.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally with a technical focus. 
  • Familiarity with design software and an understanding of product application processes will set you up for success in this role.
  • You’ll need to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex design information in a clear and concise way.
  • We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about helping customers and can deliver outstanding service every time.
