The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Private Label team. Working alongside the Business Development Managers, this is a fantastic time for someone friendly and driven to join the team as we continue to grow with our customers, whilst providing excellent customer service.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of the account interface with the customer teams including Buyers, Technical, Product Managers and Supply Chain.
  • Work with the customer to identify new product opportunities and develop their brand
  • Prepare product costings whilst briefing internal teams and liaising with P&M suppliers as required
  • Prepare, negotiate and manage pricing with customers to include product cost engineering where required
  • Work alongside the Product Manager and ensure a comprehensive and timely handover on all NPD projects
  • Work alongside the Business Development Manager to manage product commercially through its lifecycle. Including, but not limited to, the impact of cost increases, specification changes, volume amendments
  • Responsible for leading the generation, preparation and delivery of customer presentations followed by the preparation of minutes from meetings to be distributed to the customer and wider internal teams
  • Manage customer briefs/tenders. Briefing and leading the wider P&M team
  • Manage forecast and demand whilst tracking against the budget
  • Manage availability and shortage issues
  • Track adherence to sales budget, reporting to the business shortfalls/gains
  • Produce post launch reviews for internal and customer use

  • Evidence of successful relationship building within key retail/brand accounts
  • Evidence of driving and managing key multiple retail/brand accounts
