Are you an experienced Senior Sales Support Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity with a dynamic and growing company?We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our Client based in Peterborough, providing exceptional support across all aspects of order processing and sales administration.What you will be doing:

  • Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of order handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from order placement to delivery.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
  • Export Documentation: Handle all export-related paperwork, including compliance with international regulations, to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
  • Aftersales Support: Provide post-sales support, resolving customer queries and handling returns or warranty issues.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Coordination: Liaise with various departments including logistics, production, and finance to ensure a seamless workflow.

  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade procedures.
