The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail site management, with an emphasis on health & safety, team management, and effective communication with clients. This role is critical in ensuring projects meet time and cost targets.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage retail construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to on site.Manage and coordinate a team of 5-10 staff, depending on project requirements.Drive the successful completion of projects, with a typical duration of 3 to 12 weeks.Collaborate closely with the Project Manager.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in retail site management, preferably in a non-working supervisory role.Strong understanding of health & safety protocols.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Retail construction experience is essential; experience with Waitrose is beneficial but not required.A trade background is not necessary but may be advantageous.Working Hours:12 days on, 2 days off12 hours per dayThis is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Site Manager to join a successful team and contribute to high-profile retail projects.
