Our client is a well-established construction company specializing in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can make a real impact.

What's involved for the Project Coordinator...

  • Issue and reconcile purchase orders
  • Update delivery schedules and check PODs from the site team
  • Manage operational logistics
  • Collate monthly stock takes from site teams and update client-facing spreadsheets
  • Process invoices and pass them to the accounts team
  • Update project information in company software
  • Issue O&M information for review by the Contracts Manager
  • Handle warranty/guarantee requests and ensure timely issuance prior to project completion
  • Upload and track inspection reports
  • Order, monitor, and off-hire access equipment as needed
  • Create and maintain project files
  • Coordinate booking for training, hotels, and meetings
  • Monitor and update the company training matrix
  • Request quotations from suppliers for specified products
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

What you'll need…

  • Project Coordinator or Service Coordinator experience
  • Must have experience working in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Construction background ideal but not essential
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
