Company & Project: A leading Regional Main Contractor operating in multiple sectors locally including Education, Defence, Healthcare and Commercial, are seeking to recruit a talented Assistant Contracts/Project Manager to complement their operations team working across both Pre-Construction and within the on-site delivery team.

The client has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant to join the business, shadowing an experienced Senior Project Manager initially and working across all of the RIBA design stages, on projects between £1m-£10m in value.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility assisting with contract administration, programming, supervising subcontractors and suppliers along with supporting and leading on-site teams. The candidate should have some knowledge of practical construction methodology.

Desirable Experience:
- Minimum 2 years+ experience within the construction industry.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Experience working for a Main Contractor would be advantageous.

- Previous Roles: Apprentice Site Manager OR Assistant Site Manager OR Assistant Design Manager OR Assistant Contracts Manager OR Graduate Site Manager OR Graduate Project Manager OR Graduate Design Manager OR Trainee Civil Engineer OR Trainee Site Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Construction Management/Architecture/Engineering or comparable qualification e.g. HNC/HND/BTEC/NV/T-Level.
