Working within the collaborative L&D team, this role is responsible for the delivery of learning and development models across the business which form a vital part of the businesses strategic L&D strategy.Duties include:*Design and develop training courses and materials*Collaborate with the wider global teams to align development modules, upskill teams, and meet strategic goals.*Facilitate leadership and learning programs for diverse audiences with varied skill levels.*Assist in building and maintaining LMS systems.*Work with key stakeholders to improve learning programs.*Provide leadership training consultancy, coaching, and feedback at team and individual levels.*Stay updated on leadership development trends and best practices.*Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.*Implement innovative design principles for leadership and learning solutions.*Support the employee forum development with managers*Lead the engagement agenda to maintain high engagement levels.*Organise annual site events for team-building experiences.What are we looking for?*Relevant experience in designing, implementing and delivering effective training programmes.*Strong understanding of adult learning methods and techniques.*Ability to engage, motivate, and develop employees*Proven capability to plan and deliver tasks on time while managing and prioritising multiple objectives.*Skilled in setting performance outcomes, measuring progress, and communicating achievements.*Excellent communication skills.Benefits on offer:*A competitive salary of £30,00-£35,000 per annum*An attractive enhanced benefits package
