This is a newly created position which will allow the Institute to continue to grow and reach more students, members and corporate clients,Your new roleYour job will be to design and present training sessions and materials for CICM members and learners. You'll typically deliver 2 sessions per week (around 80 per year in total), some in person, but you'll also do some sessions virtually and others may even be pre-recorded. You might get involved in in-house training, podcasts, webinars and workshops as well as writing content for websites, social media, online courses, study texts and publications.You might also work with external trainers to upskill and monitor them to ensure consistency of message and to make sure they are up-to-date with CICM standards.You will give and get feedback to and from students and employers to make sure that the course content has been relevant and valuable.The Institute is open to considering applications from CICM qualified professionals looking to work on a part-time basis as well as those looking for a full-time position.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a member of the CICM with extensive, recent experience in a credit management / control position.You will be a confident and capable public speaker / presenter with excellent interpersonal skills, a real people person.
