A rare opening has arisen due to organic growth, to join a vibrant, expanding Litigation team for a firm close to Peterborough.

Within this role you will be able to expand on your legal portfolio and demonstrate your academic prowess.

The Paralegal roles require you to have litigation legal experience and an excellent eye for detail. The roledemands a confident and ambitious candidate with excellent written and verbal skills. You will need to work to deadlines and be willing to go the extra mile when needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Consideration of papers received on instruction Obtaining documentary evidence
  • Daily client contact and case management
  • Drafting legal and court documents
  • Preparation of hearing bundles and external instructions
  • Case and general administration
  • Document management including use of internal electronic systems to progress cases and provide update reports to clients

Candidate Requirements:

  • LPC or BPTC graduates preferred
  • Experience of at least 12 months within the UK, within the field of Civil / Commercial / Property Litigation / Banking and Finance
  • Excellent research and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
