What’s on Offer:
- £25,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission with huge earning potential - OTE £72,000

- Pre-qualified appointments - High-quality leads booked directly into your diary
- Weekend lead management on a rota - A light commitment to manage diverted calls and inbound leads via email/website (approx. once a month). All leads remain yours to follow up on, creating additional opportunities for free inbound leads
- Hybrid working - Enjoy two days working from home per week once internal training is completed
- Supportive, friendly working environment
What We’re Looking For:
- CEMAP or CERT CII (MP) qualified
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- A genuine passion for helping people
- Strong customer service skills with a personal, consultative approach
