This is a position that has arisen due to another period of growth!

You will be working from home, with a visit into the office once or twice a month. In addition to the basic salary, you can achieve a 20% bonus which is paid quarterly if objectives are met!Duties will include but not be limited to:

Manage Aged Debt in accordance with defined collection strategy
Taking a proactive role in collection of outstanding invoices by telephone and email
Escalate late payers to Team Leader
Negotiate payment plans
Perform customer reconciliations
Manage Prestop & Stop accounts
Investigate and arrange customer refunds
Manage queries to ensure resolution within agreed timescale

You will be assigned around 20 accounts to manage, with full training and support provided depending on your level of current knowledge.
