Job Purpose

Accountable for chasing outstanding debt via email and telephone which requires excellent communication and relationship building skills along with being detail orientated and self motivated.

Alongside the above you will get involved in the following;

  • Escalate late payers to Team Leader
  • Perform credit risk assessments
  • Negotiate payment plans
  • Perform customer reconciliations
  • Manage Prestop & Stop accounts
  • Investigate and arrange customer refunds
  • Manage queries to ensure resolution within agreed timescale
