- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on credit control activities.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
- Implement and improve credit control procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a credit control role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of credit control principles and practices.
