- Contact customers to ensure payments are made on time.
- Process daily invoices and credit notes for national and international sales.
- Handle customer queries and resolve payment delays.
- Monitor lease agreements and ensure correct invoicing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Allocate payments and update customer accounts.
- Monitor bank transactions and prepayments.
- Ensure online orders are processed correctly.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Experience in credit control or finance is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle data accurately.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
