If so, read on ...Our client based in Peterborough City Centre is recruiting a Contact Centre Ambassador on a permanent basis.  As part of a small team, you will be instrumental in launching and ensuring the smooth operation of a brand-new Contact Centre. Initially, you will focus on outbound welcome calls, creating meaningful connections with supporters of charity partners. Over time, you will also help drive the centre’s growth by supporting inbound customer service and outbound sales calls for commercial clients. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone with outstanding communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the desire to grow with an innovative team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound welcome calls to engage and support fundraising and charity partners.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet call targets and KPIs, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to quality.
  • Participate in future service expansions, including handling inbound customer inquiries and supporting outbound sales for commercial clients.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service (essential).
  • Skills: Strong verbal communication, time management, and a team-oriented approach.
  • Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
