- Conduct outbound welcome calls to engage and support fundraising and charity partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, empathy, and professionalism.
- Manage time efficiently to meet call targets and KPIs, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to quality.
- Participate in future service expansions, including handling inbound customer inquiries and supporting outbound sales for commercial clients.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service (essential).
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, time management, and a team-oriented approach.
- Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
