Included in that will be ensuring staffing levels are appropriate and your team used to the best of their talents, working with contractors and developing effective commercial relationships with them, developing the recording and reporting of incidents and ensuring that the teams reach and exceed their KPIs.They are also looking to develop omnichannel working and your role will be to take a lead on the implementation and uptake of that.What you'll need to succeedOur client needs to hire someone with call centre management experience and to warrant the top end of their salary budget, their ideal would be for someone with a housing / property maintenance background.The key thing for them is someone whose experience balances a strategic mindset and evidence of improving / enhancing service offering alongside operational excellence.What you'll get in return Do you feel that your career is at the point that you're ready to be a key part of a senior leadership team?
