Are you an experienced senior leader from a Contact Centre environment, on the lookout for a new role?

This position is based in Peterborough with hybrid working available, plus flexible start/finish times, and offers a brilliant foundation for you to continue developing best-in-class customer service delivery.

Ideally you will have experience working in a housing / property / facilities management environment dealing with incoming calls for repairs / maintenance.

Salary circa £62,000 plus an excellent range of benefits including defined benefit pension scheme, employee assistance programme, 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays, and the option to purchase more).

This is a strategic role, with lots of projects on the horizon for continuing to evolve the customer relations function, so if you have experience implementing a live chat tool, even better!
