CCA Recruitment are working alongside our client within the Financial Services Sector who are looking for a Complaints Case Handler to fact find, investigate and resolve complaint cases.

This will not be taking calls from customers on an hourly basis, this role would be investigating and resolving complaints by gathering information from files and third parties and occasionally calling customers to gather more information to resolve the complaint.

You do not need Complaints experience however Customer Service Experience where finding root causes to issues IS A MUST.
