Customer Sales Support£23-25k depending on experience Permanent position based in Peterborough Monday to Friday (office based role) Progression/development opportunities available. You will be involved in all aspects of sales support from assisting customers with their queries, answering phones to customers and cross selling multiple services and products.You will be joining a small and friendly team and working in a very pleasant office environment. You will need to be within a commutable distance of Peterborough and be prepared to work in the office on a daily basis. Responsibilities
- Providing a first class customer experience
- Answering and making phone calls
- Logging all enquiries
- Communicating regularly with customers, managing expectations, ETAS, and updating on delays
- Invoice Queries
- Complaints handling
- Diary/Inbox management
- Reviewing accounts status and discussing with relevant departments
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure best service is received by the customer
- Identify cross selling and up-selling opportunities and gather further information on enquiries.
- Working with Sales representatives when needed to understand products.
KEY SKILLS
- Computer literate & Microsoft Office Skills
- Flexibility to get tasks completed as needed with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under instruction whilst using own initiative where necessary
- Highly organised with a polite and confident telephone manner
- Previous experience within customer services/sales would be advantageous
