Job Title:聽 聽 聽 Customer Service Advisor
Location:聽 聽 聽 Peterborough
Hours:聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 39 hours per week
Shifts:聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 Various shifts available between 0700 and 2015
聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 5 days out of 7, working every 2nd weekend
Pay:聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽拢12.60 - 拢12.75 per hour, dependant on experience

Duties:
路 Delivering high levels of customer service by responding to questions and queries
路 Supporting the aftercare department, and resolving any issues
路 Dealing with any complaints when required
路 Basic data entry skills, and updating the system when required
路 Always Offering a first-class level of Customer Service, and going the extra mile for all customers
Experience:
路 Experience working within a Customer Service position for at least 6 months in retail, hospitality or contact centre
路 To have a passion for providing excellent levels of Customer Service
路 To have a good knowledge of computers
A full 12-week training programme will be provided for the right candidates.
After a successful probation period of 3-6 months, our client will offer the opportunity to apply for hybrid working. This will involve working at least 1 day per week in the office in Peterborough. Our client will provide all equipment required to fulfil your role from home, including desk, chair, laptop and headset.
