We are currently looking for a full-time motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team in the position of Customer Service Coordinator, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.45am - 5pm.

Salary starting at £23,000 rising to £24,000 upon a successful probationary period.

Do you feel you have the skills & personality to succeed within our busy sales and customer service centre. You would be the first point of contact for our for all queries or orders across a range of our building products. You will be working as part of an engaged and motivated team who strive to provide the outstanding service to our customers.? If yes, this role could be for you.

Your duties would include but not limited to the following;

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our merchant and housebuilder customer enquiries and processing orders for our building products.
  • Processing orders and managing customer accounts.
  • Working closely with our other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communications.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer centric attitude.
