Excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative from a manufacturing or engineering background who is looking for a fast paced and varied role working with a company who offer specialist training to develop your technical skills.

Do you have experience in working in a customer facing role dealing with a range of customers and dealing with technical enquiries? Are you looking for a role with a global market leader that offers specialist training?

This company are a truly multinational organisation who have an unrivalled reputation for the high quality of their products the world over. They have been established for 100 years and are continuing their expansion to this day. Due to their continued growth they are now looking to add to their specialist team.

In this role you will be working as part of a dedicated team where you will be speaking to customers and managing multiple enquiries. The role will involve speaking to customers via email and telephone to discuss product warranties and services. The team are very supportive and ongoing training will be given to help develop your technical skills. This role is a Monday to Friday 37 hour week with hybrid working available but a minimum requirement of 3 days a week on site.
