Join our clients Customer Support team and be the face of their business, ensuring that customers experience a smooth and efficient service every time.What you'll do:

  • Process customer enquiries, orders, and change requests with speed and accuracy.
  • Anticipate and resolve potential issues to provide seamless service.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Commercial teams to meet customer needs at the best possible cost.
  • Ensure clear communication, keeping all stakeholders informed of any supply changes.
  • Handle complaints with professionalism, implementing solutions and preventative measures.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and assist with account creation, pricing, and order placement.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Support team.
