They are one of Peterborough's quietest success stories! A new computer system within their supply chain has prompted a renewed focus on customer care and so this new job has been signed off to make sure that their customers have someone to respond to emails and phone calls quickly and efficiently (that's where you come in!).Your new role70% of the time, you'll be taking calls and replying to emails from customers who need help and updates with their orders.
