Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Data Analyst for a housing association on a permanent basis. The salary is £41,500 per annum and office attendance is required once per week.
The role:
- Supporting the Customer Insight Manager in delivering data-driven insights that improve our customer services and people management, aiming to get it right first time for our customers and colleagues.
- Proactively providing analysis which drives robust decision making and strategic planning in our customer services and people operations.
- Delivery of analytical projects focused on customer trends, satisfaction levels, and service efficiency to support our strategy development and allow us to continuously improve our tenant experience.
- Through the meaningful analysis of customer and colleague data, contributing to the design of services that provide customer 'moments that matter' and enhance colleague engagement.
- Providing strategic analysis for various corporate reports and for use to evaluate performance against KPIs specific to our tenant services and workforce management.
What you need:
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboard development
- Experience of analysing large complex data sets using tools such as Python, to deliver insights
- Experience of working in social housing or wider public sector - desirable
