Salary: £35,000

We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Specialist to join a small team near Peterborough. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing environments and a proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves identifying, analysing, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize productivity. Duties of a Continuous Improvement Officer

  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Analyse manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address process inefficiencies.
  • Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement techniques and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

What we would like from you:

  • 3+ years of experience in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
