Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Site Services Engineer to join our team in Peterborough. As a Site Services Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing various utility systems including waste water treatment, steam systems, boilers, effluent treatment, compressors, and related infrastructure. Your role will involve both preventive maintenance and responding to operational issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of utility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors as needed.
  • Document maintenance activities and keep accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Services Engineer or similar role, preferably in the utilities sector.
  • Knowledge of waste water treatment systems, steam systems, boilers, effluent treatment, compressors, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., engineering degree or equivalent).
