Hunter Professional is seeking a Digital Services Specialist to join our team in Peterborough. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of documents as part of our high-quality service to clients.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Digital Services Supervisor, the Digital Services Specialist will be responsible for performing daily production tasks, including the preparation, scanning, quality control, and data input for confidential documents. The role plays a critical part in converting documents into electronic format while ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Handling: Prepare, scan, index, transfer, and track sensitive documents into electronic format according to specific client requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of scanned documents and correct any discrepancies.
  • Service Delivery: Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set by clients to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Customer Queries: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Document Tracking: Index and date scanned documents for proper tracking, and maintain database records for imaged documents.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the team or work independently to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Requirements:

Must Have:

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience working to targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access).
  • Understanding of the Data Protection Act and ability to handle confidential documents.
  • Basic knowledge of RSSQL, Kofax, and CoreFTP.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Kofax Capture Software and associated scanning hardware would be advantageous, though not essential.
