Architect / CAD technician

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an Architect / CAD technician on behalf of our client based in Peterborough who are a property investment and development company.

The successful applicant will have previous experience working in a role within construction and be knowledgable of what is a structural wall etc. You must be confident in reading and creating CAD drawings using software (ideally Plan Up).

A valid UK Driving licence and own vehicle is essential for this role. You will be provided with a company vehicle, mobile and laptop or Ipad. You will be required to travel to sites from the Midlands to the west and east coast with some overnight stays depending on location of site visits.

This is a permanent, remote position starting ASAP.
