**About the Role**

A large secondary school in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire are on the lookout for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2025 and provide 121support for students with EHCPs who are at risk of falling behind in their education. Working as a unit, you and the SEN Team will implement strategies to aid in the achievement targets and milestones for individual students.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Previous experience working with children is desirable
  • Passion for Education
  • Fantastic Behaviour Management & communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team, but also take initiative as an individual
  • Be able to provide alternative learning approaches and methods
