We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in Peterborough. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting GCSE students, helping them achieve their academic goals.

Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Peterborough

Hours: 08:30 to 15:10, Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Pay : £ 13 - 14 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to GCSE students.
  • Help with classroom management and organization.
  • Support students with their learning and development.
  • Assist in preparing teaching materials and resources.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable supporting GCSE students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • A passion for education and helping students succeed.
