Join our clients  dynamic projects team to support their global installation and commissioning program, while also assisting the accounts and administration team with the smooth running of our office.About the RoleThis full-time position involves managing all aspects of corporate travel and providing essential administrative support to the team. You'll be key in ensuring seamless travel arrangements for the global operations and helping the office function efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Coordination: You will be the go-to person for all travel arrangements, handling bookings for flights, ferries, hotels, and car rentals while adhering to the travel policy. You'll liaise with travel partners, manage visa applications, and ensure all logistics are communicated clearly to the team. You'll also work with International SOS to ensure security measures are in place for travellers.Administrative Support: In addition to travel duties, you will assist with day-to-day office operations—ordering supplies, managing company clothing, and handling administrative tasks like filing and credit card reconciliations. You will also be involved in coordinating promotional activities for the sales team, from booking ads in trade publications to sourcing promotional materials.About YouYou have experience managing complex travel arrangements in a corporate setting and are comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
