Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking for a new exciting role? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Home Manager to join our client's state of the art Care Home near Peterbrough. They are a group of care homes spread across the UK, dedicated o providing top-notch residential, nursing, and dementia care.
As the Home Manager, you'll be offered a salary ranging from £70,000 plus an annual company and personal performance-based bonus scheme. You'll also have the opportunity for career progression and professional development within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Our client is a group of care homes located across the UK. They are dedicated to providing exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care.
As the Home Manager, you will be accountable for:
  • Providing top-quality person-centred care to all residents.
  • Managing and supporting the staff team, offering guidance and supervision.
  • Recruiting and onboarding new staff, fostering a positive and encouraging team environment.
  • Partnering with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and compliance criteria.
  • Building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for the Home Manager role should have:
  • At least 5 years' experience in the care sector at a senior level.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing an effective staff team.
  • An NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to work towards it).
  • A driving licence.
