Our client is a group of care homes located across the UK. They are dedicated to providing exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care.
As the Home Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Providing top-quality person-centred care to all residents.
- Managing and supporting the staff team, offering guidance and supervision.
- Recruiting and onboarding new staff, fostering a positive and encouraging team environment.
- Partnering with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and compliance criteria.
- Building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
As the Home Manager, you'll receive:
- An annual salary of £70,000.
