An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager / Home Manager (Children's Home) with 2 years of supervisory experience within a children's residential setting to join a care provider, supporting children’s and young people aged between 8 - 25 years.

This full-time, permanent role offers excellent benefits and salary of £15.44 per hour for 40 hours work week plus £70.50 for sleep-in.

As a Deputy Manager / Home Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exemplary standards in care and regulatory compliance.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Deputy Manager, Children's home manager, home manager, care manager or in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within a children's residential setting.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent qualification.
  • Understanding of Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation for children's services.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices.
  • Computer literacy and effective organisational skills.
