PeterboroughSalary- Competitive Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30am with a 1hr lunch break.The company:You will be joining a worldwide company who specialise in waste management, water solutions, industrial site services and more across a wide range of sectors, such as retail, food and beverages, chemicals and more!Due to their continued progression in the industry, they are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their Plant Maintenance team carrying out electrical maintenance of mobile water equipment.Offering a very competitive salary as well as a wide range of benefits, such as 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays, health and well-being contribution, paid gym membership, enhanced pension up to 10% percent and more, this is an excellent opportunity to get on board!.Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Electrical & Mechanical Fault finding
  • Electrical Installations
  • Maintain electrical control systems in containers, trailers and skids. Including lighting, direct on-line, instrumentation, pumps / motors, etc.
  • Assist in the development of plant modification and improvement work.
  • Following EHS and Quality standards and suggesting possible improvements.

This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required.Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/engineering environment
  • 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations.
  • Mechanical skills would be an advantage.
  • Previously worked within an industrial environment.
  • Health and safety aware
