As an Electrical Lead, you will be actively involved in both hands-on electrical work (80%) and compliance-related tasks (20%). You will oversee a small team, including one electrician and three maintenance technicians, while working closely with another Maintenance Supervisor and their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with strong industry recognition. Your key responsibilities will include:? Electrical Maintenance & Repair – Diagnosing and fixing electrical faults to minimize downtime.? Electrical Installations – Upgrading panels, wiring, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.? Health & Safety Compliance – Ensuring all work aligns with current regulations and company policies.? Team Leadership – Supporting and guiding your team while collaborating with other departments.? Contractor Management – Coordinating with external contractors as required.

Requirements for the Electrical Lead:? Relevant electrical engineering qualification (C&G, ONC/HNC/HND/Degree level).? Hands-on experience with electrical maintenance in an industrial setting.? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.? Ability to manage and support a small team while maintaining a proactive, safety-first approach.
