My Peterborough based client, a market leader, is now looking to recruit an Engineering Coordinator This role would require you to be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the service department. Ensuring that the engineers schedules are planned and quoted accordingly, all travel arrangements are in place, departmental KPI’s are monitored and presented to managers to act on. Once the jobs are complete, both data and reports should be logged for future reference and customers invoiced correctly.

This admin role is a full time permanent role. Monday to Thursday 8.30 = 16.45 and 8.30 - 3pm on Friday.. Salary expectation up to £26K. There is also a whole host of excellent non salaried benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging KPI’s information and ensuring data is presented ready for Monday morning meetings
  • Ensuring that KPI’s are updated and presented
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Liaising with customers to arrange engineers service visits
  • Liaising with customers to arrange engineers’ commissioning visits
  • Book engineers travel
  • Data inputting onto the CRM system
  • Provide data for Accounts
  • Adhoc administration duties when required
