Brook Street Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Helpdesk Administrator. If you have vast administrative experience and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Salary: Up to 28,000 per annum

Shifts: Monday - Friday (Rotation)

  • 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Location: Peterborough - Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day from home)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and support to internal and external clients.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions, escalating as necessary.
  • Assist less experienced team members and provide guidance where needed.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative support within the helpdesk.

Essential Requirements:

  • Extensive administrative experience (the more, the better).
  • Helpdesk or technical support experience is preferred.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive, problem-solving attitude.
