Assistant Manager - Vehicle Servicing and Repairs




Our client, a well-established leader in vehicle servicing, MOTs, and repairs, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join their team. Since their establishment in 2008, our client has grown to operate 30 autocentres nationwide, offering customers simple, transparent pricing and service that is second to none. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Centre Manager in managing and leading quick fit operations, with a focus on driving profitability, maximizing productivity, and coaching and motivating the team. Ideally, you will have previous hands-on experience as a Level 3 Technician and/or MOT Tester, as your time will be divided between working in the workshop alongside the team and assisting with daily sales and customer service operations.
