We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Personal Assistant to support our Director in both professional and personal capacities. As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Director’s day-to-day activities. This includes managing business tasks, scheduling appointments, and managing personal errands. Your ability to prioritise and maintain confidentiality will be key to the success of this role.

YOU WILL BE:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments while ensuring efficient time management.
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and other team members, clients, and external partners.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects.
  • Assist in travel arrangements and itinerary planning for business trips.
  • Manage personal tasks, including maintaining the Director's personal calendar and scheduling personal appointments.
  • Purchase gifts and manage special occasions, ensuring thoughtful selections and timely deliveries.
  • Manage various errands and tasks that may arise in the Director's personal life, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with service providers (e.g., home services, travel agents) for personal needs.

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling tools.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Director.
